  1. No one under the age of 18 is eligible for a payday loan.
  2. You must be a resident of the province from which you want to apply a loan for.
  3. You must be employed. Self employed individuals are normally not qualified for a loan.
  4. You must be paid by direct deposit.
  5. You must have a minimum take home income of $1,334/month (after taxes).
  6. Each province has different rates. See Provincial Rates here.
  7. Payday loans range from $100 – $1500.
  8. The full amount of the loan, plus fees, are to be paid on your next payday.
  9. Payments are automatically debited from your account on the due date.
  10. You can issue out another loan on the same day your current loan is repaid.
